Responsibilities:

  • assisting in the work to plan, organise and coordinate learning and development programmes including but not limited to employee orientation, internship, and customised training programmes and events;
  • assisting in the process of training needs analysis for identifying, prioritising and planning training programmes;
  • assisting in providing programme design and implementing customised training programmes;
  • providing support for the development and implementation of online training programmes to foster a digital training culture;
  • providing support in the procurement of training and development services and programmes; and
  • managing the training and development application process through the HR system, including but not limited to reviewing applications, managing the training documents and records and maintaining training budgets.

Requirements:

  • possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources, Organisation Development, Learning and Development or related disciplines;
  • have ideally 2-3 years of work experience in Learning & Development, Organisation Development, Human Resources, preferably in sizable organisation;
  • demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders;
  • be pleasant, committed, highly organised, detail-minded and able to work independently and under pressure;
  • have good computer knowledge and skills including MS Office (such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.);
  • be proficient in the preparation of communication materials; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
