Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis and provide effective L&D solutions to designated business units and departments
  • Design relevant training programs based on business needs, deliver and facilitate different programs to the corresponding target audiences
  • Organize and maintain the training calendar and programs in order to engage the learning culture across the organization
  • Identify and develop long-term partnership with external training consultants to design and roll out core training programmes; track the effectiveness and implement enhancements of the training programmes as and when appropriate
  • Participate in any L&D related projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Training & Development or equivalent
  • 8-12 years of solid L&D experience gained from sizable organizations
  • Hands-on experience in design and delivery of training programs to employees across different departments and business
  • Excellent presentation skills and effective interpersonal skills
  • Creative and able to think outside the box on generating new L&D ideas
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
