Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full range of training & development tasks such as program design, training delivery, feedback evaluation, etc.
  • Identify training needs and develop supervisory and management leadership programs
  • Review and update the existing programs to enhance the interaction and creativeness across different modules
  • Organize different internal staff communication programs such as town hall and focus-group meeting
  • Liaise with senior management on the direction of the corporate culture and the themes of company objectives
  • Coordinate with overseas branches to implement such communication and cultural programs locally across the region

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management, Training & Development or business-related disciplines
  • Certificate in professional coaching / training would be an advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years' solid HR / L&D experience of which at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • Successful track record on leading HR-related projects in the areas of Training & Development, Staff Engagement, Employee Relations or Change Management
  • Well-experienced in design and delivery of management / supervisory training programs
  • Self-driven , proactive with creative mindset
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
