  • Design and develop the learning & development curriculum to cope with the rapid growth of the company
  • Organize and maintain the training calendar and programs in order to engage the learning culture across the organization
  • Conduct training needs analysis and provide effective L&D solutions to designated business units and departments
  • Collaborate with training vendors on organising different training programs and courses delivery
  • Develop and enhance the e-learning platforms to maximize the digital learning experience
  • Assist the senior manager on the talent management and organization development programs


  • Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 4-8 years of solid Learning & Development experience gained from sizable corporations
  • Well-experienced in organising and coordinating different learning & development programs
  • Good vendor management skills with track records of successful collaborations
  • Effective interpersonal and excellent presentation skills
  • Independent with ability to work under pressure on multi-tasks
  • High fluency in verbal Mandarin and excellent proficiency in written Chinese
