Responsibilities:

  • Be a strategic L&D advisor to drive people development strategy coping with the business growth
  • Plan and drive talent management projects in succession planning for key positions
  • Provide guidance to line managers and department heads on identifying high potential calibres within the organizations
  • Work closely with business leaders to review and design an effective organizational structure coping with the growth of the company
  • Assist the HR Director on providing strategic HR advisory services to designated business units

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 12 years' solid HR experience of which a focus in L&D, Organizational Development OR Talent Management
  • HR / L&D experience from manufacturing industry an absolute advantage
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance, with knowledge in PRC Labor Law an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with different levels of employees
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
