Responsibilities:

  • Support the leasing matters of the retail brands
  • Liaise closely with estate agents, property developers / owners in acquiring suitable sites and monitor the progress of follow up actions
  • Perform leasing administration including independent correspondence and review tenancy agreement
  • Handle reinstatement projects like relocate new store and store closure
  • To coordinate with Retail Operations team and external contractors for scheduling all maintenance work

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or above in property-related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in retail industry or fast paced environment is definitely an advantage
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, well-organized and with detail-minded
  • Hands-on experience in handling tenancy matters and related documentations
  • Proficiency in MS Office &both Chinese and English input is required.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
