Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the operational deployment of a large and complex change program
  • Liaise with multiple key stakeholders globally from vendor management to internal top management personnel
  • Oversee all internal approvals
  • Ensure operational policies and standards, contracting and due diligence are established and closely monitored
  • Lead the recruitment of local teams to manage daily operations
  • Oversee the construction, financing, risk and relationship management during the business transformation project lifecycle



Job Requirements

  • Extensive program management skills and experience handling large-scale/complex projects - preferably in a learning, corporate real estate or banking/finance environment
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong people manager and ability to strive and take ownership within a complex matrix environment
  • Excellent understanding of business transformation framework and best practices
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • PMP / Prince2 qualified is highly preferred
