  • Responsible for full range of C&B activities including but no limit to payroll processing, benefit administration, bonus payment, annual renewal of benefit schemes and HRIS maintenance.
  • Provide professional C&B strategic advice to senior management and business leaders to cope with the fast-expanding business
  • Handle staff enquiries, from all levels of employee and provide professional HR solution
  • Lead annual C&B practice and conduct salary survey and bench-marking exercises
  • Review HR policy and procedure and ensure its compliance with HK Labour Ordinance
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR Projects as required


  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 14 years of solid HR experience gained from sizable companies of which at least 4 years at supervisory level
  • Hands-on experience in C&B operational tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Excellent numerical sense and analytic skills
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Application and HR Systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
