Responsibilities:

  • Manage company's HK & Macau marketing activities to ensure quality & consistency
  • Lead a team to manage company's total communications channel including advertising, retail promotions, mall promotions, PR
  • Managing strong relationships with magazine editors / talent
  • Arrange seasonal launches / events for company brands / stores
  • Monitor promotional activities to ensure effectiveness
  • Develop and implement marketing programs on the assigned brands
  • Define and formulate brand strategies including brand positioning, awareness, development and benchmarking with similar industry
  • Implement and control marketing budgets
  • Develop KPI and increase ROI
  • Analyze ROI of marketing investments and marketing performance
  • Work closely with internal and external parties and designers to develop all marketing materials
  • Participate in cross functional teams and work closely with buying, design and retail departments to maximize brand performance

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Marketing / Communications or related disciplines
  • 10+ years' experience in luxury retail marketing, watches and fine jewellery exposure would be a plus
  • Strong marketing Knowledge essential
  • Process all-round marketing talent and ability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Creative and think outside the box mentality
