Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor marketing activities to ensure effective execution and overall marketing objectives are achieved
  • Liaise with outside vendor for creative design and production of marketing collaterals such as print ads, promotion leaflets, product brochures, direct mailers and other promotion materials as required
  • Liaise with contractor for the set-up of promotional events and outposts
  • Execute sales promotion activities, consolidate promotion event's result and track the customer response rate for all marketing programs
  • Co-ordinate with press and agencies on PR and communications
  • Provide detailed marketing activities result reports with the aim to achieve effective ROI
  • Ensure new customer data is properly updated into the database in a timely manner
  • Monitor the no. of new customers registered in each Point-of-sale
  • Handle and retrieve target customers from database for direct mailing program and events

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 3 years' experience in marketing in Beauty/ FMCG sector
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, aggressive and proactive attitude
