Job Duties:

  1. Contribute to the development of annual strategic marketing goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the agency to initiate projects and develop project plans for marketing campaigns and content.
  3. Understand the audience and objective of marketing projects to help identify appropriate reviewers and collaborators.
  4. Perform desktop research on markets and competitors.
  5. Manage marketing channels, work closely with events and digital marketing teams.
  6. Assist Global Marketing Manager in the development of go-to-market strategy.
  7. Engage with sales team through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other communication methods to support launch of marketing tools and gain feedback.
  8. Work with limited supervision and is able to identify potential solutions to difficult issues.
  9. Provide support to more than one region.
  10. Manage marketing projects that go beyond immediate team and job area.
  11. Flexibility to communicate with colleagues in different time zones, occasionally out of ordinary office hours.


  1. Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
  3. Solid experience in developing project plans and managing marketing channels.
  4. Solid experience in medical device industry is an advantage.
  5. Have marketing, advertising, PR, digital solution agency experience is preferable.
  6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  7. Good communication and presentation skills.
  8. Independent and self-motived.
  9. Able to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
  10. Regional travel may be required.
