Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute marketing communication campaigns; from planning, to execution, media optimization and performance tracking
  • Assist in event planning and leading in execution; including negotiation as well as vendor management
  • Collaborate closely with in-country cross-functional teams on client-marketing activities
  • Manage client queries regarding respective marketing programs
  • Overall POS decal deployment and management
  • Be responsible to maintain digital platforms e.g. Facebook page, company own platform
  • Work on development and execution of social plan in a monthly basis; monitor and moderate social inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist in Forecast, Accrual, Receiving procedures for respective campaigns
  • Assist in maintaining budgeting change, process, partnership contracts
  • Assist teammates to work closely with regional team for research, measurement and related activities collaboration
  • Other administrative work of Marketing dept on BAU projects, file keeping and documentation and make sure all process in order with accuracy and complete on time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 year branding marketing and product marketing related experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible
  • Proven ability on marketing campaign planning and execution covering ATL & BTL scope
  • Good experience of digital and social media knowledge and operation
  • Detailed oriented in terms of scheduling, budgeting and data analysis
  • Strong project management skills with external, internal stakeholders including agency, partner, merchant, country and regional level
  • Responsible and proactive with good business sense and understanding of marketing process
