  • Identify, negotiate and implement the yearly Marketing plan
  • Develop In store and out of store events / projects; from the creative idea to production and delivery to markets and building local promotion's plans, relative implementation and proper usage of creative technical materials (support materials). Work closely with all departments from Central and Regional office to ensure all material and plans are follow the Global Guideline
  • Analyse local events data and performance and monitor ROI
  • Build strong relationship with Landlords, business partners and vendors for all Retail, Wholesale and Travel Retail in order to develop prospect plans with Landlords and 3rd party to drive quality new prospects to stores
  • Supervise and manage all 3rd party (Landlords and Business Partners) digital touch point & Social media support.
  • Manage & monitor the budget and revise the schedule of the different initiatives
  • Develop in store marketing material plan with the indication about the materials' usages by category and channel. Ensure the usage of corporate communication materials, analysis and development of local material out of plan requests to Central BTL department. Collaborate with Central BTL department on all central materials production timeline and shipping arrangement
  • Manage and control the whole development / production and delivery process ensuring quality and correct time to market according with the projects' timing / promotional timing
  • Supervise the BTL portal
  • Analyse & monitor the market of reference in terms of competitors' activities, trends, market share etc


  • Bachelor degree holder in Marketing or related field
  • Fluent English and Mandarin. Excellent command of written English and Chinese
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial marketing experience either in the luxury market or FMCG industry
  • Independent, mature, resourceful, proactive and with high level of drive
  • Proven people management skills
  • Creative, capable of converting ideas into practical and achievable programs
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to details and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Team player and able to communicate with all levels
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, proficient in Excel, Word
  • Knowledge of production, event management, and retail and hospitality industry required
