JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage marketing team
  • Plan and execute marketing, brand & action plans including deliverables, meetings, events, sponsorships, public education and corporate branding programs
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure marketing effectiveness and conform to corporate compliance
  • Oversee all advertising activities including media selection, media buying and creative.
  • Build brand sales and market share growth of current portfolio
  • Plan & execute successful launch of new product
  • Establish and monitor marketing budgets to build brand awareness, brand value and profitability
  • Measure, report and evaluate activities performance and assess KPIs and ROI
  • Ensure brand messages and marketing activities aligned with brand plans and corporate directives
  • Track market insight, competitor insight and customer insight
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders' expectation
  • Develop talent to support organizational growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree holder in a relevant discipline (i.e. Marketing, Communications, PR)
  • Good command of digital marketing knowledge and skill
  • Leadership skills to drive and motivate reporting lines
  • Self-starter, result-driven, highly responsible for commitment
  • Positive attitude, agility to drive change and growth mindset
  • Possess a start-up mentality, ready to create and build
  • Good acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong project management skills and time management
  • Good strategic and analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Highly organized and perform well under pressure
  • Cantonese speaking, good command of English & Mandarin
