Purpose of Role:

  • Develop and execute brand marketing plans to strengthen the brand in HK & Macau to maximize retail/online sales.
  • Strategically develop advertising, digital & PR plans in line with business goals.
  • Work collaboratively and in synergy with multiple departments and external vendors to deliver marketing objectives within budget guidelines according to event calendar.
  • Ensure communications and promotions are adapted appropriately for the market, as agreed via the business planning process.
  • Manage marketing team in execution of day to day activities to strive for the team objectives and monitor quality of deliverables

Budget Planning

  • Plan marketing budget with category and function priorities to support business goals.
  • Monitor marketing investment to ensure all spend are within budget and achieving target ROI.
  • Assist Head of Marketing, Corporate Responsibility and Commercial in expanding the Corporate/Online Sales business.

Event Planning Market Activation

  • Lead and organize all marketing efforts for campaign/window launches - external and internal marketing to ensure on time and effective execution.
  • Devise innovative marketing plans with KPIs that will strengthen brand exposure and meet business goals.
  • Manage and monitor market activation process, seeing it through from ideation, event brief to launch.
  • Lead in the development of marketing event plan deck, ensure information provided are accurate and up-to-date for different internal meetings.
  • Initiate and coordinate with internal departments for smooth event plan execution.
  • Ensure all tools and communication relating to events in store are delivered in a timely manner and communication to stores is planned and effective.
  • Provide timely campaign performance analysis and recommendations to optimize for the best ROI.
  • Conduct post mortem to evaluate effectiveness and capture best practices/issues of event plan.
  • Analyse market landscape and consumer insights to identify business opportunities and to develop suitable marketing strategies that contribute to the growth of business.
  • Act as project-in-charge on delegated projects, be the gatekeeper

Digital/Social Media/Advertising

  • Conceptualize and manage effective plans to drive digital and social media for all sales channels holistically.
  • Manage and guide marketing team to drive Digital/Social Media/Advertising plans that strengthen presence & sales of the brand with set KPIs.
  • Oversee all advertising activities including media selection, media buying and creative.
  • Review deliverables are aligned with international and regional guideline.

PR/Influencer

  • Plan PR/influencer strategy aligning brand ethos and business needs.
  • Set KPIs against investment to ensure effective ROI.
  • Oversee all PR activities from planning to final deliverables.

Retail Marketing

  • Identify potential partnership opportunities with landlord, third parties to maximize brand and commercial opportunities to drive sales.
  • Set overall sampling strategy, from budget, order, channel, to usage plan for optimal return.

Others

  • Actively seek out and report information on market and competitive intelligence.
  • To ensure that all external communications are aligned to the brand and are compliant with local legal as appropriate.
  • Support the brand core company values through all marketing campaigns and channels, inclusive of advertising, social media, PR and in-store materials.
  • Escalate appropriately of communication crisis to Regional or International Values and PR.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing. Corporate Responsibility and Commercial to manage NGO relationships in market.
  • Provide Marketing support for new store openings or store specific promotion.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years' retail/digital marketing experience, preferably in retail industry.
  • Understand consumer marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated in a relevant discipline (i.e. Marketing, Communications, PR).

  • Fluent spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
  • Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
