Job Duites:

Marketing Planning / Brand Image

  • Implement and execute on marketing plans and communications strategy that are in line with the brand image and product offering for the 'accounts' regionally by working closely with the buying and sales and operations team
  • Work on creative ideas and concepts for all communication materials and oversee the visual merchandising in store, making sure that these guidelines are being represented in all regional stores
  • Develop customer acquisition programs to build the customer database by retaining existing customers and recruiting new customers
  • Source potential partners and identify new business opportunities for each account

Media /Public Relations

  • Strategic planning of local, regional and international media plans, both in print and online, via strong media relations and contact with PR agencies when necessary
  • Identify appropriate editorial opportunities and develop feature story ideas for "the accounts" and pitch to media for placement
  • Manage a team that handles daily press requests including photo-shoots, product loans, brand information and interviews
  • Manage the required press releases and information from vendors, both English and Chinese, for internal and external communications in line with company directives
  • Event management including personal designer appearances, store openings and collection launches both in Hong Kong and regional stores

Social Media

  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including the development of relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
  • Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Financial Management

  • Responsible for and update the annual marketing budget within the approved framework and within an authorized budget
  • Analyze and evaluate the results for all marketing activities, prepare reports as required on time including proposals, post mortems, CRM analyzing and various other requests appropriate for each program
  • Monitor the expenses of each campaign on an ongoing basis
  • Recognize and maximize business opportunities and be responsive to market conditions in order to be competitive

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of Marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Muti brands experience is preferered
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Native/ Fluent in English and Chinese
