Responsibilities

  • Work closely with reseller sales organization and other sales team to understand business priorities and market needs and align on strategic marketing plans together.
  • Execute programs including but not limited to reseller summit, marketing enablement programs (e.g. campaign-in-box, marketing training) reseller and partner content development (e.g. playbooks, case studies), and social media content.
  • Consult with resellers and partners on their marketing activities and enable them to execute independently
  • Track and evaluate results of programs that will drive future marketing decisions.



Minimum Requirement

  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing
  • Experience in driving marketing campaigns independently
  • Knowledge of online media landscape and experience executing digital marketing;
  • Strong agency communication and management skills
  • Have an impact-focused mindset, set goals and metrics for each project and track against them
  • Must be knowledgeable about the advertising and marketing industry of China and have an understanding of export marketing;
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in managing scaled marketing programs and channels
  • Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration with cross functional partners and ability to bring new ideas to market
  • Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment across multiple time zones and teams
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
