Responsibilities:

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to control the sales and merchandise by store
  • Manage stock receipts, liaise with logistics, warehouse, merchandising and stores
  • Monitor sales trend against target stock level and update tsl bi-monthly
  • Participate in department projects to improve system efficiencies
  • Ensure that allocations happen within a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor seasonal price update
  • Feedback to Planning and Merchandising teams on stock level concerns
  • Conduct all necessary inventory adjustments on monthly basis
  • Stock depletion action plan follow up



Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in merchandise planning / Inventory management in retail industry
  • University graduate
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
