Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales and margin profitability and achieve business KPIs through event planning.
  • Window forecast & planning, stock arrival plan & tracking, window execution and window tracking.
  • Promotion forecasting and timely review to ensure target achieving business goals.
  • KPIs forecast and analysis for events.
  • Sell in forecasting support.
  • Effective reporting and analytics to achieve budget target and commercial plan.
  • Products & Product life cycle management.
  • Maintain the event plan update.
  • IP roll out & S&OP

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Management, statistic, data analysis relevant aspect.
  • 1-2 year merchandising/ buying experience, open to fresh grads with strong data analysis and commercial sense.
  • Well versed in merchandising strategy and category planning.
  • In-depth understanding of category mix, pricing, cost and margin.
  • Numerical, analysis & decision making skills.
  • Excellent excel skills.

Competencies required:

  • Communicates effectively in Chinese (Cantonese) and English - both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of personal care/ skin care products and market dynamics will be an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of computers and software applications such as Excel, Word and SAP.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a team and maintains an effective work relationship with other departments.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and attentive to detail.
  • Can absorb, analyze and interpret large amounts of complex and often sensitive information in high-pressure situations.
  • Able to effectively manage changes.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines and under pressure.
