  • Work with the Head of Asia Pacific to create and implement sales strategies for the region. Enhance strong relationships with clients, prospects and stakeholders to represent the firm.
  • Continuously market and sell the products to institutions within the region.
  • Energize and manage the sales team to achieve and sustain sales growth.
  • Actively seeking leads in the market to generate a high value of business for the development of the firm.
  • Work closely with stakeholders of the firm to utilize their expertise to help with sales.
  • Travelling in the region may be necessary.


  • Degree holder in Bachelor of Business Administration or related subjects. MBA is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a sales environment within a software/services organization that sells solutions.
  • Good understanding of ESG and sustainability within target markets.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a driven sales environment leading a team.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must.
  • SFC license 4 holder will be advantageous.
