- Work with the Head of Asia Pacific to create and implement sales strategies for the region. Enhance strong relationships with clients, prospects and stakeholders to represent the firm.
- Continuously market and sell the products to institutions within the region.
- Energize and manage the sales team to achieve and sustain sales growth.
- Actively seeking leads in the market to generate a high value of business for the development of the firm.
- Work closely with stakeholders of the firm to utilize their expertise to help with sales.
- Travelling in the region may be necessary.
- Degree holder in Bachelor of Business Administration or related subjects. MBA is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in a sales environment within a software/services organization that sells solutions.
- Good understanding of ESG and sustainability within target markets.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a driven sales environment leading a team.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must.
- SFC license 4 holder will be advantageous.
