Job Responsibilities

* Process invoice and expenses in compliance with company policies and procedures
* Handle vendor registration and purchase requisition processing
* Liaise with Payment team on payment processing and enquiries
* Support the online event registration system and approval flow for all events across APAC
* Support the regional team on resolving IT problems, office supplies, meeting arrangement, CRS issues, new hire onboarding setup/ leaving arrangement and other administration tasks
* Provide ad-hoc administration support where needed

Job Requirements

* Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Banking or related discipline
* At least 3 years work experience handling payment processing and budget approval handling within MNC environment; banking/finance industry is a definite plus
* Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
* Strong team player and excellent work ethics
* Good attention to detail and able to work under tight deadlines
* Excellent customer service skills
* Immediately available is highly preferred
