Job Description

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to team including administrating travel plans/expenses and documentation, arranging meetings and preparing meeting agenda and minutes and handling of any correspondences and maintaining a register of wide range of documents
  • Coordinate with other team members and liaising with other departments on the daily administrative matters
  • Provide support for accounting and procurement duties, such as invoicing, purchasing requisition, tendering, contract renewal and reimbursement.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in serving a team
  • Have high proficiency in computer applications
  • Be self-motivated, well organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
