Job Descriptions

  • Handling project administrative and accounting works, such as preparation of documents, filing, binding, project month end closing etc.
  • Managing daily correspondence and communication flows with both external and internal contacts independently and tactfully
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, work with site Engineer to ensure smooth procurement procedure and related process.
  • Prepare & Coordinate Purchase Request Form with approval from corresponding parties.
  • Follow up order confirmation & delivery schedule with suppliers.
  • Prepare Purchase Order and maintain good record trail of transactions.
  • Verify vendor invoice and follow up payment process


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Finance, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or other related disciplines.
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative function / purchasing
  • Experience in project management.
  • Critical & logical thinking.
  • MUST be good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Proficient in using MS office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and possesses Chinese processing skill, SAP knowledge is preferable
  • Able to work under pressure and detail-oriented.
