Job Responsibilities

  • Manage front of house operations

  • Handle incoming/outgoing courier
  • Provide administrative support to back office when needed

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or above
  • Some work experience in customer service or client-facing is a definite plus
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese and English
  • Highly organized and able to priortise tasks effectively
  • A willing-to-learn attitude and good team player is essential
