Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing full range of HR staffing services to designated business units
  • Handle end to end recruitment for hiring at general staff level
  • Organize different recruitment programs such as mass recruitment, internship hiring, etc.
  • Coordinate training and development programs including training analysis and relevant reporting tasks
  • Handle staff enquiries and provide professional and effective HR solutions
  • Generate HR data and prepare periodic reports for management review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent
  • 3-6 years of solid HR experience gained from sizable companies
  • Independent, proactive and able to handling multi-tasks
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chines (Cantonese and Mandarin)
