Responsibilities:
- Assist in end to end recruitment including writing job adverts, conducting phone screens, interviews, and all pre-employment checks etc.
- Provide HR administrative support to hiring managers to ensure an effective and efficient hiring process
- Maintain and manage HR records and employee databases with candidate and recruitment information
- Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience for all applicants
- Respond to recruitment enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide guidance and training on recruitment processes, workflow, and relevant systems
- Prepare relevant documentations and organize the onboarding process
- Assist in human resources functions or any other duties as required from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 2-4 years of HR experience , focus in recruitment & selection / HR administration, gained from Banking & Financial Institutions, FinTech Co. or Professional Firms
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
- Effective communication skill and details minded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good command both spoken and written English
