Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end to end recruitment including writing job adverts, conducting phone screens, interviews, and all pre-employment checks etc.
  • Provide HR administrative support to hiring managers to ensure an effective and efficient hiring process
  • Maintain and manage HR records and employee databases with candidate and recruitment information
  • Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience for all applicants
  • Respond to recruitment enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide guidance and training on recruitment processes, workflow, and relevant systems
  • Prepare relevant documentations and organize the onboarding process
  • Assist in human resources functions or any other duties as required from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 2-4 years of HR experience , focus in recruitment & selection / HR administration, gained from Banking & Financial Institutions, FinTech Co. or Professional Firms
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Effective communication skill and details minded
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good command both spoken and written English
