Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, exploring sourcing channels, shortlisting, interview & assessment, to offering and negotiating salary package.
  • Develop and implement effective mass recruitment strategies.
  • Provide the hiring managers with market intelligence regarding the talent community and industry trends.
  • Conduct data analytics and provide labour market insights to review the recruitment practice and sourcing tools.
  • Drive an efficient operation, hitting time-to-fill and candidate quality targets.
  • Assist in any HR related tasks if required.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably from retail/ food & Beverage/ beauty industries
  • Details minded and being able to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, passionate and independent
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
