  • Responsible for end to end recruitment & selection activities for Hong Kong and China
  • Liaise closely with hiring managers and provide professional advice on the recruitment and hiring trends of the market
  • Organize mass recruitment programs for vacancies at front line operation and part-time hiring
  • Source and create innovative source and channels on attracting talents in Hong Kong and China
  • Participate in campus recruitment projects and employer branding programs
  • Prepare relevant reports for management review


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of solid experience in recruitment & selection, of which specialize in manufacturing, engineering or construction sectors
  • Experience in handling hiring activities in Mainland China
  • Hnads-on experience in recruiting blue collar workers
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and PRC Labor Law
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
