Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment & selection activities
  • Liaise closely with hiring managers and provide professional advice on the recruitment and hiring trends of the market
  • Organize mass recruitment programs for part-time vacancies
  • Source and create innovative source and channels on attracting talents
  • Participate in campus recruitment projects and employer branding programs
  • Prepare relevant reports for management review

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of solid experience in recruitment & selection, either from in-House HR or External Recruitment Firm
  • Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment activities for multiple vacancies
  • Creative ,think outside to box and able to source innovative channels of talent
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
