Job Duties:

  • Assist Associate Communications Director and lead Communications Executive in developing and executing integrated PR and Marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in APAC, with focus in Hong Kong & South East Asia
  • Drive and implement communications strategies to achieve retail communication goals for APAC, with client recruitment and retention as focus
  • Plan and execute marketing strategy and seasonal promotion plans in HKSEA, such as instore activation, clienteling service, database collaboration etc to meet business goals of store traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate and drive APAC retail communications and CRM strategy to achieve regional business objectives


  • Plan and oversee execution of marketing promotional plan for HKSEA, in collaboration with internal stakeholders - merchandising, retail and VM teams.
  • Develop recruitment, retention and reengagement plans to interact with current and potential customers in our markets, esp HKSEA
  • Perform customer profiling, segmentation and analysis of purchase pattern behavior to maximize acquisition and retention.
  • Analyze marketing program performance to deliver both quantitative and qualitative feedback to measure ROI for future enhancements and KPI tracking.
  • Liaise with potential collaboration for new partnership opportunities development.
  • Coordinate with local teams to ensure local marketing and CRM strategies in line with global objectives.
  • Manage budget of each campaigns and ensure effective usage of expenses to deliver ROI.
  • Partner with HKSEA store teams and local team heads to gather consumer insights and market intelligence.
  • Supervise the team to deliver marketing reports and provide insights


  • Plan and implement retail events in HKSEA to achieve objectives of client retention and recruitment plus promoting product or seasonal focus.
  • Review and assess event proposals from APAC markets to align with Global Event teams
  • Liase with internal and external parties to optimize ROI to strike a balance between quality and resources
  • Drive and negotiate partnership to optimize event success
  • Analyze results and share learnings
