Responsibilities:

  • Develop social CRM strategy development for China & APAC regions
  • Lead CRM projects to align with company's overall brand communication and digital transformation strategies
  • Formulate membership program to create and enhance customer engagement to platforms
  • Develop customer behaviour-targeted communication programs and initiate social CRM activities in the areas of data analytics, outbound marketing programs and other social and digital initiatives on different platforms such as WeChat Work & Mini Program, Red, Tiktok, Line, Kakao Talk, D365 and Appier.
  • Perform customer database analysis
  • Identify Consumer Insights, Market Intelligence to deliver brand marketing and sales targets.
  • Oversee implementation of KPI across engagement and monetization that would be tracked to understand the efficacy of campaigns and the program in general.
  • Partner with agencies on creative ideas, loyalty program and member activities on social media implementation, and evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above in Communications/ Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • 7 years of experience or above in CRM/ Digital
  • Proven ability in optimizing and effectively expanding China & APAC CRM program.
  • Hands-on experience in WeChat CRM system development/ integration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel. Power Point)
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
