Job Responsibilities:

  • You will identify and implement ongoing end to end process improvement with a aim to drive standardization and efficiency, re-design processes through simplification and drive productivity for the finance department
  • Implement change management in line with project plan
  • Lead various process improvement initiatives alongside with different teams across APAC region
  • Monitor and creating financial models for various projects and decision support
  • Perform project management/ business analysis on functional impact of changes
  • Apply project management methodologies including project plans, risk mitigation, issue tracking and communication plans
  • Develop best practice for the region and responsible for getting cross regions and functions' alignment
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with a variety of different stakeholders, including functional leaders, process owners, system users and the management team


  • Degree holder with at least 10 years of demonstrated experience in a finance transformation role
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills with good project management capabilities
  • Experienced project management professional who can bring a structured approach to the assessment, design and delivery of a novel Business Services platform
  • Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills, possesses drive, initiative and is a self-starter
  • Highly motivated; strong communication skills and superior attention to details
  • Strong change agent who can positively influence at all level
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
