Our client is a fast expanding fintech company with strong regional existence. They are looking for an HR professional with solid experience to provide clear direction to the growth of the firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hold responsibility of full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment & selection, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, etc.
  • Manage new office openings by understanding local requirements with detailed planning and execution.
  • Identify desired business insights and outcomes on talent management and succession planning.
  • Review the competency framework and conduct regular updates so as to meet the needs of the organisation.
  • Provide advice as a business partner while forging strong bond between HR and business stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR, Finance, or any related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 15 years experience in the HR field with a minimum of 5 years as the Head of HR.
  • Experience gained from Financial Services sector will be an advantage.
  • Independent, passionate, fast-paced, highly collaborative with excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • High proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a MUST.
