  • Provide all-round HR support and professional HR service to the operations across Asia
  • Assist to handle employee life-cycle from recruitment (including onboarding, employee orientation, probation management etc.)
  • Calculate monthly payroll and prepare regular payroll - related report
  • Provide office administration support to APAC offices
  • Assist in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years of HR experience in well-established companies
  • Hands-on experience in Office Administration tasks
  • Good communication skill and details minded
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese & English
