Responsibilities:
- Provide all-round HR support and professional HR service to the operations across Asia
- Assist to handle employee life-cycle from recruitment (including onboarding, employee orientation, probation management etc.)
- Calculate monthly payroll and prepare regular payroll - related report
- Provide office administration support to APAC offices
- Assist in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 1-3 years of HR experience in well-established companies
- Hands-on experience in Office Administration tasks
- Good communication skill and details minded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese & English
