Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic HR business partner to both back office and front line operation on manpower planning, performance management, people development and talent management
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies and implement employer branding programs to enhance the effectiveness of hiring process
  • Handle staff enquiries and provide professional HR solutions effectively
  • Review, develop and align HR policies and procedures across the APAC region
  • Lead any HR Projects as required to cope with the business growth

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 10-15 years of solid HR experience gained from the retail sectors
  • Regional HR experience is required
  • Familiar with local labour regulations across the APAC region
  • Strong business acumen with strategic mindset
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
