Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic HR business partner to both back office and front line operation on manpower planning, performance management, people development and talent management
- Drive talent acquisition strategies and implement employer branding programs to enhance the effectiveness of hiring process
- Handle staff enquiries and provide professional HR solutions effectively
- Review, develop and align HR policies and procedures across the APAC region
- Lead any HR Projects as required to cope with the business growth
Requirements
- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 10-15 years of solid HR experience gained from the retail sectors
- Regional HR experience is required
- Familiar with local labour regulations across the APAC region
- Strong business acumen with strategic mindset
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications
- Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
