Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement stock plans for stores to achieve sales
  • Advise and liaise on sales enquiries to provide the best sales support to stores
  • Handle weekly stock transfer to make sure right stock at right location
  • Closely communicate with retail staff on all merchandising and logistics matters
  • Plan and execute logistics plans for stock transfer between stores
  • Coordinate with HQ to ensure stock delivery progress
  • Assist merchandising team to maintain the sales and stock inventory records
  • Assist to implement new merchandising tools across Asia stores
  • Responsible for the coordination of stock movement for marketing events
  • Liaise with Retail team & workshop on repair cases arrangement
  • Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related
  • At least 5 years in either luxury field or other high-end industry
  • Experience in China High Jewellery market is a definitive advantage
  • Creative, Team player, Adaptable, Reliable and Independent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
