Job Duty:

  • Develop multi-season product line requirements supported by historical, competitive and future trends that align with brand positioning and growth targets
  • Develop and manage a product segmentation strategy to effectively support all consumer territories, channels and customers
  • Liaise with internal functional teams, especially marketing, buying, merchant, eCom and supply chain to offer services and materials required to support retail business of overseas customers
  • Provide insights into business landscape through data analysis, understanding of customer profiles and digestion of market facts
  • Procure new customers through networking, trade events and other means of prospecting in cost effective ways
  • 30% Travel is required


  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience at supervisory level
  • University degree or Diploma
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Presentable with excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
  • Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
