Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll process for Hong Kong and other Asian countries
  • Administer and advise benefits related matters
  • Ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with company policy and employment ordinance
  • Maintain data interity on system (Workday)
  • Handle rental reimbursement for tax filing process, final payment and pension
  • Support annual and ad-hoc internal/external payroll audit
  • Conducting regular salary, and compensation and benefit surveys to ensure the organisation's competitiveness
  • As first contact person to answer enquiries from staff


Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Business Management/Human Resources or any other professional qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in regional payroll functions
  • Exposure in payroll practices in other Asian regions employment regulations will be an added advantage
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and Hong Kong Tax Legislation
  • Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
