Job duties:

  • To form an effective PR strategy and develop PR activities to maximize brand exposure in APAC region.
  • To build strong relationship with Press and celebrities.
  • To form an effective advertising plan.
  • To ensure the luxury image of the brand in all aspects.
  • PR Strategy and Planning
  • Develop PR strategy to support the business priority.
  • Creates comprehensive action plans that support all Communications concepts with the
    aim to maximize brand and (new) product exposure while maximizing efficiencies.
  • Direct and oversee the PR teams to ensure the planning of effective public relations
    activities to promote the business
  • Ensure the smooth implementation of major corporate events.
  • Work closely with different markets to understand their issues

PR content development

  • Create and deliver proper communication angles for different campaigns and provide
    supervision to ensure quality execution in the region.
  • Prepare press releases, speeches, editorial write-up & other press materials according to
    global brand guideline and PR strategy.
  • Constantly push in-depth brand story on 360-degree media channels.
    Advertising Plan and execution
  • Work closely with local teams and the media agency to plan annual media budget and
    spot plan.
  • Work with headquarter to ensure title and image approval.
    Budget & cost control
  • Source, evaluate and recommend various suppliers to ensure the objectives are
    effectively achieved in an efficient way.
  • Up-to-date tracking the expense and accruals with supporting document

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in PR function, international luxury brand
    experience preferrable.
  • Familiar with various types of media works.
  • Good Communications and copywriting skills in both Chinese and English
  • Able to manage cross-functional relationships across multiple levels.
  • Creative and open minded to new trends
  • Strong analytical & computer skills (MS Office) are required.
  • Highly organized & proactive with strong ownership and passion for the brand.
  • Team player, detail oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
