  • Act as key point person and brand ambassador to support PR initatives globally & on APAC level, build brand awareness with a focus on luxury positioning
  • Oversee PR initatives to ensure smooth execution and alignment with the global brand strategic direction
  • Prepare PR plans for PR projects and events
  • Establish and maximize relations with press, key celebrities, bloggers, business partners to communicate precise & updated brand image to target audiences and to public
  • Craft new initiatives of press releases relating to the brand
  • Write briefs and partners with internal departments to develop PR materials to be used for publications & brand communications
  • Manage PR budgets for effective usage of resources to support brand exposures
  • Partner with the merchandising and retail teams to understand the buy of the market and to develop the positioning and communication strategies
  • Analyze of PR performance and provide constructive approaches to enhance it
  • Plan and identify key celebrities / KOL seeding projects to support global and local commercial and brand building objectives
  • Prepare press lists & invitations for seasonal fashion shows & events
  • Prepare monthly PR & advertising updates to APAC and management reviews
  • Organize & plan for all aspects of PR activities such as press presentation, fashion shows and exhibitions for APAC
  • Monitor & work closely with the PR agency during an event from pre-event planning, event execution and post-event pitching
  • Prepare evaluation and key-learnings post-events for feedback to local management, global team

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Marketing & Communications or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 - 8 years' relevant experience in Marketing or PR related position in luxury retail
  • Experience in managing sizable portfolio of retail chain stores
  • Have experience and success in managing marketing budget; aligning and developing digital marketing.
  • Travel to other companies, customers, and suppliers are required both domestically and internationally
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Ability to lead effectively in a demanding, fast paced, team environment
  • Excellent organizational, customer services and time management skills
