Job duties:


  • analysis and define the product assortment according to the specificity of each Asia Pacific markets
  • Attend the seasonal buying sessions to ensure the right merchandise is purchased for Asia Pacific in the right quantity to achieve targeted sales projections and sell-throughs
  • Consolidate merchandise information and order details to share with Regional Business Planning, Regional Merchandise Planning and stores after each buying
  • Facilitate in the preparation of sales forecast co-ordinate on re-ordering of merchandise

Merchandising, Product Training & Display

  • Support the remerchandising review of store during new merchandise launch and season end sale
  • Monitor shipment and stock level by market and conduct rotations when necessary
  • Analyze sales performance through sell-through analysis & propose action plan
  • Support the preparation of training materials on Merchandise
  • Work with regional VM on guidelines to visual merchandising and store on display according to Italy guidelines / new Men's merchandise/ launch schedule / advertising & promotion program / image / sales and stock level
  • Arrange retail pricing for all markets, in line with pricing policy and global positioning set by HQ

Commercial Follow-up

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on Merchandises' comments
  • Follow up the development of quality and after sales services
  • Conduct market research on customer behavior, market trend, competitors' price and product offer


  • Degree holder in Business, Merchandise or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in merchandising within fashion retail industry. Knowledge in Men's product categories is a MUST
  • Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Attention to details with good analytical skills and is numerically sensitive
  • Good organizational skills and presentation skills
  • Strong fashion sense with passion in providing excellent customer service
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint
