  • Provide strategic advice on a wide range of C&B issues including remuneration package proposal, various bonus schemes & benefits plans and other rewards programs
  • Partner with BP team to review, develop and implement competitive rewards and benefits initiatives as well as leading the performance management & compensation planning cycles
  • Engage external consultancy on compensation survey and reward management to acquire insight and leverage best practice
  • Participate in reviewing and formulating HR polices, procedure and systems


  • Degree qualified in HR/ Business/ Finance with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to adopt a logical problem solving approach
  • Flexible, well organized and detail-minded
  • Capable of working quickly and accurately under pressure to successfully meet deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
