  • Manage and executive the retail sales plan and business strategies
  • Manage instore and sales events
  • Lead and motivate the retail staff the meet sales target
  • Provide training and development to retail staff to maintain top quality service
  • Work closely with marketing department to develop promotional events
  • Co-ordinate with internal departments including Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Finance to achieve high operational efficiency
  • Oversee the inventory level and store condition


  • Min 8-10 years of related retail luxury sales / store operation experience of which 4-5 years at managerial level
  • Experience in store set up and management
  • Bachelor degree is preferred
  • Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of high-end fashion
  • Sound knowledge in visual merchandising and promotions
  • Fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Good PC skills, especially for MS Office
