Job Duties:

Retail Operations

  • Optimize SOP for store daily operation base on the global general guideline, and ensure high level of execution in all stores
  • Identify potential risks and make adjustment for improvement, work closely with internal control team to take regular internal audit
  • Collaborate with retail excellence project manager to optimize the omni-channel process, and supporting the related retail projects implementation on local
  • Vendors management (cleaning / security, etc.)
  • Store OT / Annual leave management
  • Uniform and boutique supply management, including the communication with HQ regarding the feedback and initiative proposals
  • Annual expense budget management for Retail department.
  • Daily retail system maintaining

Retail Performance

  • Has strong "Retail Focus" mindset to drive retail KPI to meet business needs in alignment with business strategy. Work closely with retail team on action plans to drive the focused KPIs.
  • Manage end to end retail store performance, including commission management & incentive & analysis.
  • Identify areas of improvement and define solution on related report optimization

Client Experience and Service Excellence

  • Work together with Training to improve the client experience in store
  • Work together with retail and training on action plans, and follow up to drive strong results in terms of mystery shopping

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years related work experience, having working experience in retail stores and having HK/MO landlord connection would be preferred
  • Excellent knowledge/experience in retail business

  • Proficient in oral and written English
