  • Conduct salary survey and compensation benchmarking on regular basis, and provide data analytics reports for the HR management review
  • Identify the market trends of compensation programs and components, and assess the possibility on launching such programs
  • Prepare costing and budgeting analysis, along with action plan of launching new compensation programs; and prepare presentation deck for the Rewards Manager
  • Review and develop HR policy and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the C&B workflow
  • Participate in the annual compensation review process of salary review, merit planning and bonus pay-out
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required


  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, or equivalent
  • 4-8 years of solid HR experience of which a focus in the C&B area
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical sense
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chines (Cantonese and Mandarin)
