Our client is a global leader in the Logistics industry. As a result of their rapid growth, they are seeking a Head of Sales to join the team

Job Description

  • Identify potential clients and build relationships with new clients, especially in developing new e-Commerce logistics business opportunities
  • Run the sales team to generate profitable sales in order to meet and exceed business revenue goals
  • Monitor and manage KPI performance reviews with customers regularly
  • Ensure customer profitability and growth
  • Establish mechanism for driving the necessary knowledge growth within the team to lead the client through profitable development projects
  • Manage business pipelines, and work closely with other teams to ensure progress on track

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or related disciplines is preferable.
  • At least 8 years relevant experience with a proven track record in key account and sales management in logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Experience in managing E-commerce logistics business is an advantage.
  • Strong background in 3PL business management is an advantage.
  • Solid client base is preferred.
  • Proactive, result-driven, good team player and customer oriented
  • Well organized and able to work independently, excellent interpersonal skills and presentable
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
