Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out general administrative activities to support the execution of sales processes
  • Handle sales/purchase ordering and invoicing
  • Assist sales team to execute sales support operation and tasks
  • Respond to external and internal requests for information

Job Requirements

  • Degree Holder
  • 1-2 years+ working experience in sales administration
  • Experience in SAP system is preferable and good to have some IT knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particular in Excel
  • Ability to prioritize workloads
  • Can work independently and able to meet tight timeline
  • Pleasant and a good team player who is able to work under pressure
