Our client is a leading manufacturing group with solid global existence. With their rapid expansion they are looking for a seasoned C&B professional to strengthen their HR function.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take lead in development of the group's remuneration framework while initiating continuous improvement by collecting feedback from management and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to managing international assignments with advice on cost and taxation issues.
  • Maintain and improve the performance management system and process and equip stakeholders with necessary skills to support and implement the system with proper concept and methodology.
  • Analyse HR related workforce metrics turning the figures into effective management practices by providing advice on HR practice improvement and prevention measures.
  • Understand and commit to the core values of the group and lead by example.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in HR or business related discipline with outstanding results.
  • A minimum of 10 years solid working experience with regional coverage.
  • Demonstration of a strategic HR mindset with thorough data-crunching ability.
  • Good communicator and influencer who is able to create a win-win situation.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
