Responsibilities:

  • Lead the C&B team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily C&B operation
  • Handle annual C&B practice such as salary review, bonus calculation and payment, market survey and benchmark, etc.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the compensation package and benefits schemes
  • Implement innovative C&B components to maintain the market competitiveness of the company
  • Responsible for the HRIS maintenance and enhancement
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for management review on regular basis
  • Participate any corporate HR projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 12 years of solid HR experience of which a focus in C&B area gaining from sizable corporations
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience at supervisory level
  • Strong numerical sense and analytical skills
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
