Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the C&B team to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of C&B operation on daily basis
  • Be the strategic advisor to senior management on driving strategic C&B initiatives and programs coping with the growth of business locally and regionally
  • Lead annual C&B review exercises and provide action-plan and recommendations on the enhancement of C&B frameworks
  • Develop the HR system and procedures and streamline related workflows to enhance the efficiency of the HR operation
  • Conduct HR cost and budget analysis, and prepare relevant reports for management review
  • Review and develop the corporate HR policy, roll out to local operations across the region
  • Participate in any HR ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 10-15 years of solid HR / C&B experience of which a minimum of 5 years of experience at supervisory level
  • Successful track records of launching new C&B components and programs for sizable companies
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and numerical sense
  • High proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS Systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
